Welcome to CreatorWX!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CreatorWX website and services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of CreatorWX

CreatorWX is a SaaS platform that helps content creators identify trending topics with high search demand but low video competition across multiple platforms. The Service provides demand signals, opportunity scoring, and sponsor intelligence to help creators make data-driven content decisions.

2. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

We offer three subscription tiers:

- Free ($0/month): 10 trending topics, 5 views per day, basic opportunity signals
- Creator ($99/month): Unlimited topics, platform breakdown, score analysis, alerts and saved topics
- Pro ($199/month): All Creator features plus sponsor-matched angles, active brands in your niche, and CPM estimates

Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.

3. Billing and Payments

- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our data
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm content creators
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms or data sources
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
- Resell or commercially redistribute any data from the Service

5. Data and Content Ownership

- CreatorWX owns all trend data, opportunity scores, and analysis provided through the Service
- You retain ownership of any content you create based on our insights
- We do not claim any rights to videos or content you produce
- Our data is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee content success

6. No Export Functionality

The Service does not provide data export functionality. All trend data, analysis, and insights are intended for use within the platform only.

7. Service Availability

- We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

CreatorWX provides trend analysis and opportunity signals as informational tools only. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of search volume or competition data
- Success of any content created based on our recommendations
- Availability or interest from sponsors
- Any specific financial outcomes

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data including name, email, payment information, and platform preferences as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

10. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party data providers and APIs. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Changes to third-party services may affect Service functionality.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and Service content are the property of CreatorWX. You may not use our branding without written permission.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the Service or its users
